Traveling is a time for me to paint. I often have too much time on my hands, and I drive my wife crazy when I'm waiting to do something. So when I have any time, I use it to capture the moments and experiences of the day.
|
The paintings shown in this gallery capture many of the places we've visited in the last several years, both here and abroad.
I've painted alone, or with friends. And painted near to where we stayed, or traveled to get there. |
In all cases, I wouldn't have felt the sun, the rain, or experienced the day as much without having painted while traveling.
