Woodland Terrace is a small neighborhood of Italianate twin mansions between 40th and 41st Street between Baltimore Avenue and Woodland Avenue in the University City section of West Philadelphia. They were designed by Sameul Sloan in 1861 and built by Charles Leslie, a speculative builder during the boom of West Philadelphia.
