This simple farm house sits on the Ardrossen Farms property at the junction of Saw Mill Road and Darby-Paoli Road in Radnor.

I painted the house on a partially cloudy day. When the sun would peak through the clouds, I painted in the light that hit the building. By 3:00 in the afternoon, the sky opened up and it poured rain, accompanied by lightning and thunder and power outages. I was almost finished with the painting, so I finished it in the car before returning home.
