Dr. Fred Simeone owns five rare Alfa’s dating from the ’20s and the ’30s, four of which are bright red. Alfa Romeos made their racing debut in 1919 and during the 1930s, the car was dominant in the great long-distance races such as the Targo Florio and the Mille Miglia. Alfa Romeo left Grand Prix racing in 1951, only to return for a brief spell in 1978. In 1985, the company was bought by Fiat.
